UX Designer and Illustrator
Sonia studied biology, studio art, computer science, and animation at Dartmouth College, ultimately graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology with a minor in Studio Art. She is currently a UX Designer and Natural Science Illustrator based out of Seattle. Her artwork has exhibited at galleries in Hanover NH, San Francisco CA, and Seattle WA, and she has provided illustrated work for the Connecticut Audubon Society and for an exhibit at the Klondike Gold Rush National Historic Park in Seattle.
Illustrator and Interpretive Naturalist
Jennifer graduated from Florida State University with dual Bachelor’s degrees in Environmental Studies and Studio Art. Her career spans eight years as a Naturalist, Park Ranger, Illustrator and Environmental Educator for state parks and nonprofits across the country. She is a Certified Interpretive Guide and Natural Science Illustrator with professional experience in the creation and development of interpretive programs and exhibit content. Her illustrations have been used in publications for the National Audubon Society, Oregon State Parks and the Florida Park Service.
Tangible Interface Engineer and Natural Science Illustrator
Barry graduated with a BA in Applied Mathematics from Washington University in St. Louis in 1985 and worked for many years creating unique user experiences. Barry founded startups in medical software and environmental sustainability, and he was one of the three original lead developers at eBay. Throughout his engineering career, Barry stayed true to his K-12 Waldorf education, working to unite art and science through nature journaling and art. Barry completed the certificate program in Natural Science Illustration from the University of Washington in 2017.
